Dutchie's View is a stylish house, with expansive sea views that can effortlessly accommodate two families or three generations. With its five bedrooms (including two with ensuites), four bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, Dutchie's View can accommodate up to 10 guests. The bay views are stunning and there is a stair case to the beach at the property and it’s only a 15 minute walk into Nelson Bay via the paved waterfront pathway from Dutchie's Beach into Nelson Bay’s town centre and marina. The kids can ride their scooters and bikes while you stroll along gazing at those amazing harbour views. Idyllic Dutchies Beach is perfect for little ones and families. It has calm harbour water, rock pools, golden sands, gas BBQs, picnic tables, beautiful parkland reserve, bathrooms and children’s play equipment. All this is conveniently and quickly accessed via a stairway adjacent to the home.

Dutchie's View top level features ducted air conditioning and an expansive split level, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen living area with a mesmerising water vista, which flows out to a huge undercover entertaining deck with BBQ, outdoor lounge furniture and alfresco dining setting. Also on this level is a family bathroom and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is blessed with water views, an ensuite and sliding door onto the deck.

The lower level encompasses two bedrooms each with their own air-con., including one with ensuite and lovely water views, a family bathroom with laundry, a rumpus room, lounge room looking out over the trees and ocean, and a large undercover deck. The rumpus room would be the ideal place for the kids to hang out. There’s a split system air con, TV with Netflix subscription, lounges, desk, games and even a foosball table for a bit of family fun. The children can also spill out and play on the grassy reserve that borders the property.

Dutchie's View has a washer/dryer combo plus an additional dryer, a double garage and free WiFi. Upon arrival you’ll discover the beds all made and towels provided for your bathrooms. There is a double garage that you access the home on a level path to the kitchen level. Or you can park in front of the garage and walk down the stairs.
