Featuring an extremely private, matured landscaped garden and a wonderful 8m x 4m private swimming pool. The villa benefits from an elevated location and is only 300 meters from the beach, with Latchi Harbour just a short 5-minute walk.
The property is ideally located to enjoy all the benefits of Latchi, including the numerous waterfront restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and water sports/boating activities. Polis Town is also only a 5-minute drive away.
