"For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. "Very nice little hostel, only 4 rooms for 3 bathrooms so it feels private. The room was great, pretty clean with a private sink, the beds were confortable and a lot of space on top of our head despite being bunk beds. Nice location with view on Ben Nevis and the breakfast was just enough and cheap ..."
