You have a nice view from the swimming pool, lots of trees and the hills around. The cosy room in the oldest part of the hotel, where we had a sumptuous breakfast. Nice gesture to procure everbody of our family with a water bottle at departure.

Lovely hotel in a very pretty little village. It has a nice pool and garden area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and there was also a lot of parking. Nice little cafes, restaurants and shops 3 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel.

They should find a solution for there internet. In general was so quiet, excellent staff and I'm sporting this hotel for relaxation.

Kühlschrank fehlt, ansonsten ok.
Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer ok wenn auch schon älter, Fernsehen und Bett aktueller Stand. Parkplatz am Hotel kostenfrei, Badebereich inclusive. Frühstücksbuffet 8 Tage nach Öffnung wg. Corona wieder sehr gut. Sehr bemüht. Nur: Kalte Getränke in einem Automat fehlen, die Zimmerkühlschränke wurden trotz 4 Sterne ohne Alternative abgeschafft. Hier sollte man für Ersatz oder Alternativen mit Automaten sorgen, wie es halt andere schon machen. Ansonsten, komme gerne wieder.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Es war nicht so sauber. ( Therme) Die Zimmer wurden nicht sauber gemacht. Das Personal im Frühstüchsbereich schien nicht sehr engagiert. Der Ostsalat war schon gehören.

Personal unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Habe noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt, dass die komplette Belegschaft Frühs um 10:30 Uhr sich am Buffet bedient und nicht mal Guten Morgen sagt. Auch abends auf Terrasse kam niemand und hat gefragt. Ob man etwas bestellen möchte. Einige Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet, diese sind sehr schön, dass Reinigungspersonal ist leider nicht sehr gründlich und lieblos. SCHADE , das Hotel hat sehr viel Potential. Grund ist sicherlich auch die schlechte Führung. Check IN & OUT hatten wir mit der Dame aus der Direktion, nicht mal sie hat gefragt, ob wir zufrieden waren und beim Check IN würde auch nicht ordentlich erklärt.

Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück reichlich und gut. Das Sportangebot, Sauna und Wellness sehr gut.

Un hôtel pour les 65 ans et + Idéal pour une cure. Sinon passez votre chemin. Hôtel un peu cher pour le niveau de prestation (ptit dej moyen, chambre viellotes, pas d’eau ni de café dans les chambres. Un peu en dessous des standards de cette gamme de prix) Superbe piscine.
