Discover this enchanting property on Cat Islands most beautiful white sandy beach. This phenomenal oceanfront property boasts 2 villas perfect for a group getaway. Located in Fernandez Bay, one of the
most beautiful beaches of the planet, a treasured vacation spot of the island. This tranquil paradise is perfect for a laidback relaxing vacation, spending time with friends and family, away from places frequented by many.
The villas were built in traditional Bahamian style, stone structures with open shutters to provide ventilation supported by ceiling fans. Only one bedroom is air conditioned.
Sandcastle is a one bedroom one bath villa with 2 full beds and a spacious living room/ kitchen. Hibiscus is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, each bedroom has a queen bed, and a bathroom. Both villas have fully equipped kitchens and washers dryers.
You can enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking in our calm waters or venture into the neighboring creek with mangroves and a blue whole. The creek provides home for turtles, rays and a perfect place for bone fishing.
The property is nestled in a very private community of Fernandez Bay, conveniently located close to the New Bight Airport, The Fish Fry, Alvernia Car Rental and grocery store.
The island is accessible by air from Nassau on Western Air or from Fort Lauderdale on Makers Air.
Make yourself comfortable in your villa. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
