We were unable to show up for this night therefore I lost all of my money. When booking this flight and plugging in where I was going to be for a wedding venue that stated that this hotel was 10 minutes away. Come to find out it was more than 45 minutes away Therefore we were unable to get there by closing and ended up driving home instead of staying. Very disappointed in default information.

My stay was in a 2 bedroom villa. I booked a room featuring a Jacuzzi tub. I was really looking forward to soaking in it. Upon check in you see all activities and pools and what there is to do. Including mini golf , movie room ,arcade , and a grill to order food and snacks and ice cream. When I got into the room it was so spacious. My guest room had it's own king-size bed , entrance , stove , refrigerator , and dishwasher. As well as dishes and pots and pans. I did not get the Jacuzzi tub. I was kind of disappointed about that until I seen there was a washer and dryer in the main area restroom. The restroom was so spacious. It had a large sink equipped with blow dryer , plenty of towels and even dove hand soap and body lotion. Then a closer with the stackable washer and dryer then a very large shower and then a bathtub. With a separate toilet room. And a door from main area and master room access as well. The main entry had a spacious kitchen equipped with all you need as far as dishes and appliances. Bar stools at the breakfast bar. A large dining table. Living room had a very comfortable L shaped sofa bed couch , tv and fake fireplace. The patio had a table and chairs on the balcony with a scenic hill country wildlife and Lakeview. The master bedroom had his and her closets a nice large dresser , sitting chairs , a bench at the end of the bed , and the same scenic hill country and wildlife Lakeview. I booked for thanksgiving and 2 kitchens was perfect. Had a great time!

At check in we discovered the rooms were multi level (2 bedroom suite townhouse) and we were not expecting that. They quickly changed our rooms to 3rd floor but all interior rooms were on the same level. That was nice. However, there was lots of street noise as we were right off the highway. Made for difficult sleeping.

We stayed in the ambassadors villa, but never received any sort of cleaning for the five days we were there. A little disappointed in that. We checked all around our rooms to see some sort of a cleaning schedule, but there did not seem to be any. There was a sign that stated that we could wash our own pool towels if we needed more. Beautiful place, not disappointed in the no cleaning service or new towels delivered.

Lakeside Getaway
It was a fabulous place to stay! The staff was friendly, the unit we stayed in was perfect for our needs, and the property was beautiful! We had lovely views and even saw a deer one of the mornings. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

The overall place isn’t bad. They do try to force you into a 90 minute presentation and the guy was a bit rude when I said I wasn’t willing to waste 90minutes of my time when I’m down from Canada for only the weekend. Also the pools aren’t allowed to have any drinks near them which is a bit ridiculous. Over all tho we did love having our own space, beautiful area so long as your not planning to day trip into Austin daily. Definitely plan to hang out in the area. Tons of cool pubs and breweries
