The property and room was excellent. The price reasonable. My only concern was the breakfast room. There was no hot food avaiable when I arrived a half hour after it opened.The juice just looked and tasted like colored water.

The room was generic but still clean and furnished. My only complaint was the TV and remote. It was impossible to figure out and use even with the help of an employee. Way too confusing. I wanted to watch some TV to relax after a few hours but it just added more frustration so I resorted to using the Hulu link on my cell phone.

The young woman at the front desk is cheerful and efficient in the check in process. Our room was spacious, clean, and extremely quiet. I would definitely book this hotel again. Stayed one night.

The hotel is dated, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The have pre-checkin which was nice and made getting to my room much quicker. I would have liked a little more info about the hotel services and amenities from the person at the desk, but they were training someone and seemed a bit preoccupied with that. My biggest complaint was on the morning before I checked out, the water pressure was really low and it made it so that the shower valve wouldn't work. It was really annoying, but there wasn't much I could do about it. When I reported it to the desk, they admitted that the water had been shut off for a time and didn't bother to tell anyone. They apologized for the inconvenience, but it did show a bit of unprofessionalism on their part. I hope next time it happens, they'll have the courtesy of letting their hotel patrons know.
