This Hilton Garden is standard..just two items really displeased me. Upon check in I fully booked through Expedia but I was charged $100.00 for any incidentals I may incur, I asked why am I being charged in advance and told its their policy. My second complaint is the shower..the on/off knob is deep inside the shower and there is no way to turn on with getting wet with ice cold water!!

The hotel staff was good. Everything in the room was very clean. Need to add an ice machine on each floor instead of the 3rd & 5th floors. I also did not like being on the first floor across some conference rooms, it was loud and could hear everything. Couldn’t open my curtains because anyone could s e right in from the sidewalk.
I had a lovely stay here. I just want to leave a review for others who may travel with their dog like I did…there is no grass (or anything unpaved really) to walk your pup! I ended up having to drive over to the Walgreens across the street to offer my dog a place to relieve himself. Not convenient and also near impossible for a dog who may need quicker access to a potty spot.
We stayed here after researching hotels in the area for a family weekend trip to our daughter’s college. Choose the Hilton because of the name and the standards a Hilton holds . But unbeknownst to use it was far from a Hilton style hotel. With the exception of the courteous staff at the front desk. The room conditions were awful no one should be able to stay in a room with conditions we experienced. Sticky floors , toilets that whistles, refrigerators so loud you can not sleep you hear everything I mean everything happening in each room on the side of you . The hallway smells of mold. The assistant manger was assistance on on our second night , the first night our complaint’s went unheard . Would not ever stay in this hotel again . For that matter a Hilton after such an unpleasant experience we had.
Booked a king bed and was goven a room with two beds. Went down to front desk asking for a king and they said they were fully booked and didn’t have any more available. Was only offered a free breakfast. Unfair and not what I expected/wanted. Why book a king when you dont have enough on the property to give ?! Why overbook? Very upsetting
