We were the only room on the wing because the rest of the rooms were under repair. It took 10 mins for the shower to get up to temperature, likely due to being the only room on the wing and we were at the very end.

IRENE

Low class, EXTREMELY dark room that overlooked a horrible looking pool area. Asked to be moved and was relocated in 2nd building across the street. Room was better. Unfortunately blood found on sheet, so I slept in the other bed and all bedding was changed the next day, promptly. Main problem - ground floor with window AC & floor length curtains that covered AC, or if you kept drapes open, see-thru sheers were the only thing preventing someone looking in from outside. I feel this as an severe privacy and security issue. Would not recommend this place.

Well located. Nice swimming pool. But the building is old and that doesn't seem clean because of that. Beds are too soft and climatisation too noisy. There's a breakfast, but was not so good and in a basement room, disappointing.

The check in was fine, the staff were friendly. But the tunnel was under construction and wires hanging and tarps saying use at your own risk. So that seemed unsafe. I was travelling with kids. The pool was good. At night there was a “crazy” person knocking on doors and loud in hall threatening people. I know this is not the hotels fault but it felt very unsafe and my kids and I felt unsafe to leave our room. Other guests were in the hall and this person was yelling at them and threatening them. Eventually it must have been dealt with as it got quiet again. At checkout I asked what all that noise and knocking on door was about. They said they had video of the person and were planning to charge them, so I can’t rate my stay as being wonderful, we didn’t get much sleep. But staff was friendly and my kids enjoyed the pool!

The pictures on expedia are NOTHING like the actual property. 3 humidifier in halls. Filthy bathrooms. Unsafe in hallways as poor lighting in the hallway of my room. Musty room filthy carpets. Bathrooms dirty mildy. All hallways have plastic taped over half of the room doors. Upon leaving wasnt asked if stay was fine... also promptly reached out to expedia once checked in with above inffo and NO HELP or response was given to me.

Upon arrival was when we first found out this property is in the middle of renovations. There was paint on the hallway carpets, doors and dresser drawers in the room didn't close properly, rooms weren't cleaned daily (for two days they swept and then left the pile of dirt behind). We had to ask for soap, toilet paper and bath towels multiple times. TV remote did not allow all functions to be used. Had it replaced with another remote but it too did not work right. Also, one part of the tub surround was coming off the wall.
