The hotel needs to be updated. Rugs in the room were dirty. Toilet was low to the ground and the toilet kept running. When I tried to call the front desk about the toilet no one would answer the phone. I called several times. When i went down in person to the front desk tell them, they did send someone up to fit it. It wasnt fix it kept running. When i was checking out i again told them about the toilet but it seem like they could careless.

Great place to stay for the money. Great location if you’re looking to stay in the French quarter. Valet was a little hectic but being off canal street it’s expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is everything in this case. The Hotel is good, very convenient; friendly staff. I'd say go for it if you're looking for a great location and price mix. Housekeeping has room for improvement, they lack of supplies per person. But they come immediately if you call them... they need to improve that area. Other than that: you'll enjoy the view, rooms are clean and very informative and helpful staff.

Excellent Location for Bourbon Street Excitement
The location was excellent! Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, even the stadium for a Saints game. We had two rooms and both bathroom sinks were backed up and SUPER SLOW to drain. We made a service request at the front desk but the issue was never resolved.

Property is rundown and overpriced. $350 a night for a $100 room at best. Check in is at 4pm, didn’t have our room ready until 4:30pm. Room smelled like mold. Beds were uncomfortable. Door to the hvac unit fell off with no one around it, inside of hvac unit was absolutely disgusting. Restaurant breakfast buffet was $24 per person and a very small selection. Go across the street to Daisy Dukes, much cheaper and friendlier.
