My wife and I came for a short stay. Staff was great, it’s the French Quarter so everything was pretty much walkable. You will have to uber or cab some places but overall it was a great stay!

This is not the most modern hotel but it’s quaint and absolutely fits the area. Historic Armstrong Park is across the street, street cars and buses run up and down the street, it’s also a direct line within walking distance to Jackson square. I will say this, the shower water was HOT with great pressure! I’ve stayed at several different hotels in New Orleans and this was by far my best shower experience. Also, while I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, it is a complimentary breakfast with a beautiful courtyard and pool.

We were very impressed with our stay during October. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, our room was clean and secure, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was central for walking, sight seeing or public transit. The courtyard is stunning, feature beautiful tropical plants, clean pool, plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing weather and atmosphere. We highly recommend this for anyone interested in this place. Only gripe is we stayed for six nights and our room was next to the elevator - very loud and annoying when sleeping. These rooms next to the elevator are better for someone staying one night, not for an extended stay.

Quite a good property for what we needed. Breakfast was included which was fantastic, it made things very easy to have a hot breakfast every morning without spending extra money. It was within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter and staff was wonderful. Our room was very outdated and had a very mouldy smell and was damp and humid in there which made the smell much worse. Our windows were also very old and thin so every night at 3am when the garbage truck came it would wake us up as there was no noise protection. Otherwise a nice property.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Brunetta was awesome and had our room ready way before check-in time. Free breakfast had a variety of options both hot and cold. The courtyard was lovely. Location was great, only a short walking distance to the main attractions. We will definitely be back.

The hotel set up was nice, easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh with a nice selection. We were disappointed that when we checked in, we were told our room was given to another guest so we had to sit in lobby for 4.5 hrs. When our room was ready it did not look like the photos. We didnt complain being it was in a nice location for getting out and about.
