The parking garage was located too far away from the rooms. There was a particular smell when you walked in to the lobby that was overpowering. It smelled like a strong cleaning solution.

The noise was relentless. Noise like renovations or bowling balls hitting the floor above me. When I called the front desk to advise them of the situation I laid back down and the front desk called me right when I was trying to doze off and asked me to go outside to meet the maintenance man. I was in my PJs and said no. Then I was blamed because they could not find the noise. The front desk was rude. The following morning the noise began again at approximately 6am. The floor under the beds have old trash, water bottles and goodness knows what else. So I would never give them many stars.

I was not aware the property was attached to a hospital, it was super noisy at all hours day or night. The rooms were not too sound proof and on top of everything my room faced a courtyard which faced a hospital building. I was traveling for work and this was not a relaxing visit.
