This was our second time staying at this property. The first time was good; however, the second time we booked a suite. The beds were nasty and dirty with hair all over the sheets. The sheets were not clean and fresh. We asked for new sheets and because it was late when we arrived, we were told we had to come down and get the sheets or wait til the next day to get someone to change our sheets. The couch had stains on it and the floor was not clean at all. It was a bad experience. The customer service was good but overall the hotel wasn’t clean.
