Once you walk for check in you find out there was an extra charge for wifi and fitness center things I will not use. Also the shampoo and body wash container in the shower were empty one of those things you don’t realize until you are wet in the shower. I called them to refill so my husband will be able to shower with the need items but the staff never showed up to fill or even to apologize. The elevator floors were dirty all the times when using them also the casino bathroom. To be a higher price hotel it let down the brand with poor service once you are a guest. The only nice person was our first contact when checking in.

Room was really bad condition there were scrapes all over the walls and found other people’s hairs in the restroom and bath. Not clean. Parking is not included as it stated the elevator to the parking was not working. Only one had to wait 20 minutes to go up

I realize it is new, but my shower door did not open due to the new caulking. I also disliked the fact that no room key was required to operate the elevator. Anyone can just walk in from the street on the 1st floor, not face any security, hop straight into the elevator that is close to the door, and walk upto my 8th floor suite. Need some security.
