Small boutique hotel across from streetcar. Very affordable. Not much around the area. There were no bottled waters, coffee or hot tea. No mini markets close by

Inexpensive hotel, felt safe but room is small. Do not take Room 10 at front of hotel by door, noisy and air conditioner worked but did not look clean. Bathroom is nice but nowhere to set anything except on the floor. Sink was even too small for the soap dish. No chair in room for desk. Trolley and bus does stop at front door, restaurants nearby but did not eat at any, visited downtown.
Love the location. Walkable to several restaurants or use trolley! No parking provided, but if you go to the first street past the Inn, plenty of side street parking!
Room #30, needs a couple of better chairs and a bigger fridge, a microwave and coffee maker would be great! Those things are on first floor. Diane at desk was very nice! Would recommend!
This is an older home turned into an inn. It is very nice for $200 less than anything else in NOLA. It has a window unit which does make some noise, a refrigerator which makes noise especially at night. Trolley car stops right in front, $3 Jazzy pass will take you all day. Four poster bed does block television but not terribly.
Coffee, toaster and microwave available. For the price it’s good and felt very safe with restaurants close by.
We had a wonderful stay! Diane at desk was very helpful! It is a quaint place close to restaurants and businesses. We took the streetcar to the French Quarter.
Great location, street car stop right outside hotel. Check in/out was super easy. There were a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. Stayed for 2 night for a quick weekend trip, would definitely stay again for the price.
I’d totally stay again: really nice room (although a fridge in it would be nice but there’s a fridge in a common area), it was easy to park on a nearby street for free, tram just behind the window, nice, safe and walkable area. Two things to keep in mind: the house is not the quietest, you can hear everything through the door and walls. Also pets are welcome but there’s an extra 100$ fee per the whole stay. Very nice and helpful staff!
Some things this inn offers is that its located away from the busy vehicle and pedestrian traffic of the French Quarter. There's a convenient street car stop located right in front of the inn. Rideshare rates from & to the French Quarter are inexpensive. There is a local Walgreens and other great restaurants like Houston's and Joe's Seafood. Entrance to the inn is secured and you can only enter with an electronic moble key. Its a must to read registration instructions texted to you.
The lady that provides office assistance is super pleasant. If she isnt at the desk, texting is a great option with quick response.
Our room was decent and bed extra comfortable. We weren't disturbed by any loud neighbors. The bathroom was a little small and on one super rainy day water leaked from the window. Nothing major and I wasnt shocked as this has been my experience with NOLA historic hotels.
Very much enjoyed our stay! It is a very historical, charming building and if you enjoy an experience like that, you’ll love the place. Diane was extremely accommodating to our needs in arriving pre and post cruise, she made the transitions easy and we didn’t have to worry about having a bunch of luggage to cart around for hours. The Inn is next to a fabulous pizza place, check it out if you stay there. It was great to be able to jump on the street car right in front of the Inn and be able to head to the French Quarter and other parts of the city easily. If history is your thing, I highly recommend! Great staff, historic charm great places to see around the Inn.
This property was exactly what we wanted for our stay in New Orleans. Very true to culture. The room was amazing along with the building. Friendly staff. Pizza place right next door was the best ever!!! Loved it!
