Very convenient location for walking to bourbon street. Some areas around hotel unsafe to walk solo. Staff very helpful and friendly . Hotel clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

This property is a great location. Short walk to the French Quarter, Business district and both bus and trolly service. The rooms are nice and offer kitchen facilities. However the rooms are dated and not super clean.

I had to ask for room service/cleaning on 3 occasions and was only done when I asked to see a supervisor. My stay was from Oct 16-22 and was only given a resolution on Oct 20. A front desk staff Desha apologized profusely as she overheard the conversation and offered to comp one night. As it was an Expedia booking she could not put funds to my debit card.

I loved my stay here. The only thing i didnt like was the sheets on the bed. The flat sheet on the bottom just got untucked and tangled up. Very uncomfortable.

The hotel room wasn’t dirty but it also wasn’t totally sanitary. I’m sure this is hard to ensure with so many guests. There was a dirty stained pillow case on top of our light fixture that I had to grab down and throw in the hallway… You could tell there were old splatters of something on one of the framed photos on the wall. The bed wasn’t super comfy but was clean. But overall pleased with our stay, having a kitchenette was definitely nice!! Would stay here again.

Our stay at Homewood Suites New Orleans was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfasts, clean, always had a fresh clean scent. The room was amazing and clean. Within walking distance to Burbon St. Provided lots of info on tours with a wonderful tour operator, who ensured you planned your tours properly. We really enjoyed our stay.
