Worst ever
The front desk lady was rude and very very unprofessional from the time I said hello this was my 3rd visit to this site never have I had a issue it was so stressful it was after 3 am before we finally got into our room and the room on the first floor was horrible I have never ... got ate by ants were in the bed there was hair everywhere they had a needle in the carpet onside of the bed this was the worst experience ever at this property

This is definitely a perfect location to explore bourbon street. It is a small hotel and it didn’t really seem all that clean to me. I also didn’t like the toilets because they just splashed everywhere. The rooms were freezing even with turning the air off and the way the shower was set up got water all over the bathroom. The free coffee and waters were nice. The outdoor area was not maintained so the pool seemed dirty. It’s a typical hotel for being near bourbon street. I would probably stay in a different area now that I have this experience.

Property was really nice. The staff was so helpful and sweet. However; after 11 the lock the door physically and a sign says use access key card but there was no key card reader so we had to knock to get in. The room was nice and clean but on the third day we started sneezing and blowing our noses. Not sure what was in the room or what they used for their laundry but we haven’t sneezed since we arrived back at home. One morning I went to have a cup of coffee and the creamer had expired 7 months ago. Lastly, the air automatically shut off about 2am and turns back on about 6am or 7

Property was in the center of everything and very quiet. Very clean. If I has anything bad it would be no mini fridge. I understand its a low level requeat. But to have a cold drink in the room after a hot day of exploring would be nice. Overall great experience, staff was amazing, location was great for us. We parked about 2 blocks away instead of using the garage across the street, which turned out to be a blessing cause the rd was closed off when we went ton leave out.

The check in was fast and the front desk staff were nice. Also, The bar was closed, but the bed was comfy. The pool wasn't great. Pictures make it look better than it is. And isn’t very well kept.

Very convenient for a first NOLA visitor. Everything was in walking distance. They do need to get fridges and microwaves in all the rooms though. That was my only problem with the hotel. The pool was tiny but I was so busy that I didn’t have a chance to get in anyway. I love the switch for do not disturb and housekeeping.
