Booked to sleep a family of 5 near Smoothie King Center for Pels game. Hard to find a spacious room for 5 people, but this one worked out great. My only critique is that there’s no designated hotel parking, so you may want to figure that out in advance. Nearest garage parking fluctuates based on events and it was $65 for the night. There was no attendant at the entrance to inform us of that. Also, the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Was not very impressed with property. First, located downtown so not a very savory area. Second, parking is expensive. You park yourself at garage next door and pay each time you go in and out. Good thing we were out most of the day. Third, the room was dated and worst part was seeing the mattress stained when we walked in. Sorry. But a first and last for us.

I do not think I will be staying here again. This hotel is NOT handicap accessible and that was a HUGE problem for us. From parking to elevators, it was horrible.
