The French 75 has a location that can't be beat! Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that NOLA has to offer all within a casual stroll of this home. Did we mention the French Quarter was just a 10 minute walk? If you want even more excitement, grab an Uber to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater.
Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue.
Countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two block radius of this home.
Rouses Market is nearby too.

EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME
In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

Great place & location

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL UNIT Well stocked, VERY COMFY beds, nice attention to little details. The management was very thorough & checking in summary text message made this easy. Slight issue of forgetting to program our code into the building entrance, and a musty odor in the AC vents, initially not noticeable as they used a covering spray to mask, but by next day more noticeable. Contacted management who assured me this would be corrected. Overall we were very pleased with unit, comfort snacks, helpful info for NOLA, and very comfortable beds. Would gladly return-, very nice stay.

Apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and easy to get to. Great location only a few blocks from the convention center and 10-15 minute walk to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. No on site parking, but there are lots within a couple blocks for reasonable rates

This is a beautiful, spacious & comfortable condo. Easy access, secure, and convenient to quarter, WWII museum and convention area. Everything was as stated and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Property is great. As long as you are ready to walk, it’s very convenient. If bustle and local activity are what you want, it can feel a little isolated but really is not. Just a few blocks from many options.

New Orleans Warehouse District Condo

5 stars for sure. If I could more stars I would. This host was very accommodating, very easy to get in touch with, provided excellent check in and check out instructions. Beds were very comfortable. Loved that host provided small snack basket and some waters and a few beverages to get you started as well as all the necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The place was clean, and updated. Looked just like the pictures maybe even better. We could walk everywhere. Easy walk to the casino, the French Quarter and even to the sports dome. We did not need a vehicle one we checked in. We felt very safe even walking later in the evening. So much to see and do in this very cool town. Would definitely come back here and stay a little longer next time.

Nice place everything you need!

Upon walking through the front door, we knew we had chose the right place. It was very clean, neat and tidy. There was a bit of a musty smell, but it was not horrible. Everything we needed was included. We were a little disappointed that the patio opened into an inner area where there was another patio directly across. If you’re going to New Orleans and looking for a place that is centralized this is great. Short walk to the street car depot. Also short walk to the World War II museum. Plenty of food options around. Quiet street, and we were there Halloween night.

Luxury and comfort in one apartment!

I stayed there with my husband and another couple… perfect as it has 2 king beds! The beds were so comfortable!! The apartment was sooooo nice! Everything was top notch… communication, cleanliness, comfort. I can’t imagine I would stay anywhere else if I came back!!!

Great Location

Perfect for getting to the conference center easily and a short walk to the French Quarter. Our apartment was pretty, spacious, and clean. The only negatives were the noxious cleaning chemical smell in the hallways and the super slow elevator. Neither truly effected our stay.

Fabulous!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! It is just as advertised and deserves the highest ratings. It is super clean, the location is great and the communication from management is impeccable. We had a small leak due to a full day of rain, they responded to my message immediately and had someone there within 15 minutes to fix. They even offered to move us to the penthouse, but we were already settled so declined. We greatly appreciated the offer and their willingness to make sure we were happy. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Southern Baptist Convention

My wife and a friend and his wife stayed here for the Southern Baptist Convention and it was absolutely perfect. Great location close to the convention center and so many good restaurants. Close walk to Canal St, Jackson Square and Bourbon St. Had some small issues with the keypad to get in but communication was easy and they were resolved quickly. The property itself is perfect for two couples. We would absolutely look to stay here again on our next trip to NOLA.

My group was supremely impressed with the property, location and communication with the host. The personal touches are such a refreshing improvement from corporate property management companies like Vacasa. The location is great and walking distance to Jackson Square. Streets around the rental were quiet at night and safe. Highly recommend!

Beautiful retreat

Myself and my daughter’s in law spent the weekend in New Orleans to celebrate one of their’s 40th birthday. The property manager was easily accessible and very responsive. Our only complaint would be that parking is a hassle and very expensive! recommend using a ride app rather than renting a car.

Very nice place in an excellent location
