The staff was SO nice! We arrived into town much earlier than check in time but the two working the front were so kind and let us know when a room was cleaned up and available as soon as possible. Each staff we encountered was just generally so nice as well. We didn’t rent a car for this trip so the location was pretty optimal for bus transportation or Lyft drop off/pick up.

Don’t waste your time filling out the online forms for check in as they make you go through the whole process again at the counter so big F****** waste of time. Elevator was a scary ride as the floor is missing pieces and the unit goes up and then drops a couple of inches below the actual floor. There appears to be blood on the floor in the room, the room has no coffee or cusps for the coffee maker in the room. No trash can in the room. For a Wyndham property this is not good and we won’t come back.

had to book this hotel super quick after a miscommunication with our planned hotel. the pictures looked great, but it was definitely not the same when we got there. it did not seem like they properly cleaned the rooms, we had stains on our sheets, and there were roaches in the rooms.

Room was overall dirty - stained bed sheets and towels, hair in bathtub and around sink before we used it. We had to get our own towels during the stay because staff did bring to our room. Basic necessities also missing from the room such as a garbage can. We would not stay again or recommend no matter how cheap.

Check in went smooth, however, upon entering the room the smell of cigarettes was very strong and AC unit was very loud and sounded as if it was breaking apart. Got another room and cigarette burns were on the bathtub. No towels. Comforter contained dry blood, removed and asked for another, took another day for them to deliver a "new" comforter. Continental breakfast advertised was supposed to start at 7am and was delayed almost an hour (was here for a conference so did not have time to wait) and worker who set up continental breakfast was very rude and loudly stating she "is not on duty so shouldn't be setting up breakfast and doesn't care." Awful hotel, would not recommend.

The room had a very strange smell. Our TV was broke and only played at full blast volume and every wall had some type of substance on the them, NEVER wiped in years.

The rooms were in shambles. Walls and doors are filthy. Mold in bathrooms, cracked paint and stains rusty luggage racks. Broken fire and opened smoke detectors. Trash all over parking lots. Extremely questionable attitudes of front desk employees with other hotel guests. The lowest quality La Quinta I have ever stayed at. First and last visit.

We got there and checked in, got to our room and it smelled like wet dog as soon as we opened the door. Stepped inside and the carpet was wet. I asked for another room.and was told it was the only one available. Also during check in, inasked about pet fees and was told there wasn't any, just to be charge later for one. I reached out to the property about this to get no help. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
