Staff was extremely friendly. You have to keep in mind the Hotel is in the middle of all the action on Bourbon St. For us,we really enjoyed everything. All the adjoining restuarants and bars were top notch. We have nothing to complain about. Thanks

First time in NOLA- great, friendly service. Beignets every day just across from hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious everyday. Everything within walking distance- only used a cab to/from airport. Room was quiet at night even though we overlooked Broadway. Love the courtyard! Great time.

We just returned from our girls trip to see Taylor Swift. I knew this weekend would be a busy one and came fully prepared to be patient and prepared for lines and minor inconveniences. However, I was disappointed that the hotel never received our request for early check in, still charged us 60 dollars, and then called to tell us the room was ready but didn’t bother to leave a message. The next morning at 7 AM (as the mother of two young children I could not wait to sleep in) security was pounding on our door and the front desk was calling us to ask who we were and how we got into the room. This was scary for two females traveling alone. 20 mins later, I received a message from the hotel noting that we had missed our check in the day prior and asking if we were still planning to visit. Also, our room was not serviced for FOUR days. We ran out of clean towels, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, and had full trash bins. After repeatedly asking for service, someone knocked on the door at 4:00 PM on Saturday when we were getting ready for dinner. I think what was most disappointing was that after respectfully voicing our concerns, there was no effort made on staff’s part to remedy any of this or really acknowledge how problematic it was. The hotel was lovely, the interior rooms are so quiet, the beds are comfortable but I would’ve appreciated better customer service.

I like the historical property and lobby area. The rooms could use updating, point up/maintenance. Restaurants abound. Staff is extremely nice. Room service would be an added plus.

The service was appalling. No one answered the phone, the concierge desk, etc. they fell through with promises of “concierge” ex: I needed a toothbrush. Three times I had to walk downstairs to the desks because the phones were being unanswered, just to talk down and see the staff and concierge chatting with each other, just ignoring calls from the room. There was a man named Armani that was very kind and helpful.

They charged 1,000 a night for the weekend we were staying here and our door battery died on the first night so we couldn’t get into the room at 1 am. They weren’t bringing us new towels for the shower. And for that much money the hotel rooms are not even that nice.

What a great hotel! We (and several thousand) were in town for T Swift. The hotel is just gorgeous inside with great dining options. Full of true NO character. We ADORED the doorman, Caleb! He was lively, full of great info and just a very welcoming and helpful guy. The hotel IS on Bourbon St and we had young Swifties with us, but it was never an issue. Short walk to great shops and restaurants!
