Hotel Indigo New Orleans French Quarter by IHG was an excellent hotel for our weekend getaway—friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and the bartender. The restaurant food was surprisingly tasty!

Photos make the rooms look nice and roomy, but they’re far from that. I reserved a premium double and was given a standard, but the hotel staff said it was premium so I’m not sure if Hotels.com got it wrong or the hotel itself. Bathroom is extremely small. Would barely fit one person comfortably. Rooms smell weird and if you get a room with a view, all you can see if old buildings, and roofs.

The room was small but adequate, by small I mean with the 2 double beds you could only enter in the middle. We also expected a bed change but came back late to our same soiled sheets. Yes unfortunately they were soiled! The toilet paper holder was pitiful. Every time I used it the roll ended up on the floor! Also I would suggest a bath tub mat as the shower got a little slick with the soap. Customer service was outstanding at the front desk especially with Alicia!
