Fantastic place to stay, walking distance to the French quarter and the staff were fantastic (special shoutout to Keisha on the front desk, I don’t know how much you’re paying that lady but she definitely needs a pay rise!) Will definitely be staying again

The staff and management are very kind and helpful. The room was very small but the bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. Flwe ordered food from the restaurant in the hotel and it was delivered to our room hot and delicious. My only real negative is not enough towels and wash cloths and the staff were reluctant to supply more but finally did bring us another set. All in all a good place to lay our heads after a 14 hour drive.

Room was very small, but doable for 2.5 days. Restaurant in hotel I would not recommend at all. Food was cold when I got it, then they told bought out microwaved portions of the food that was cold. It was overpriced and just not good. I should’ve known because it was empty every day I was there. No pool but not a big deal.

Woken by a barking dog in the room next to me on the 8th floor, I was offered to move to a much smaller room on the 2nd floor, which was level with cable cars and too loud, so they moved me to the 10th floor, which wreaked of mold and had a fan drying the wet carpet in the corridor all weekend. The first night when I came back to the hotel, I asked the guy at front desk if I could have apple/orange juice from their pantry, and he said "sure, help yourself". Believing it was gratis, took 2, and was surprised when I was charged $10 checking out for it. I was told I could check out at 2pm, but still woken at 11am by housekeeping. For my inconvenience, I was given "points" for future stays at IHG hotels.

Didnt know what to expect but when we got to the hotel it was wonderful. Check in went smooth the room was very nice they offer room service if you wanted. We chose to go out but convenient to food, bars bourbon street very walkable to everything
