The staff was excellent, both friendly and helpful. The one concern was that we asked for maintenance to fix several things but they either forgot or just didn’t look at the broken hand towel holder (hanging off the wall), the clear tape on the ceiling and the somewhat noisy HVAC system. The restaurant is very good with staff being very efficient and attentive.

The room was so cute and so clean! The bathroom shower was updated. The staff was so friendly. The restaurant and bar was so handy right in the lobby. The food was well prepared and the bartender did a great job. Can’t find a bad thing to say.

The Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of man local attractions. The Balcony was relatively quiet for the area. There is a convenient street car stop right on the corner.
