The hotel is clean and the room is clean as well. Nothing extraordinary, but you get what you pay for.
The main problem is the service. The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful at all; they treat guests poorly.
One morning, as I was leaving my room, a hotel employee was running down the hallway pushing a cart full of dirty towels and almost crashed into me. He didn’t even apologize. He just stared at me and kept walking. A housekeeper saw what happened and said, “That’s how he always is, he has a bad attitude.”
The next day, when I returned to my room at night, it had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk, they simply told me there was nothing they could do and that they would “check tomorrow,” again with a bad attitude.
On top of that, the bathroom got clogged during my stay, which made the experience even worse.
Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would not stay at this hotel again.
