The hotel is really cute, clean, and such a great location! The only thing is that the rooms are a little small. But overall...it would definitely stay here again. The location is walking distance to everything! The bar/restaurant is nice. The entire staff was really nice and friendly. I had a issue with the air conditioning my last night's stay. Thankfully, maintenance came very quickly and worked with us on getting a solution. The maintenance guy (I can't remember his name) had such a great attitude. I really appreciated that in a fustrating time. I will be back!

The hotel is clean and the room is clean as well. Nothing extraordinary, but you get what you pay for. The main problem is the service. The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful at all; they treat guests poorly. One morning, as I was leaving my room, a hotel employee was running down the hallway pushing a cart full of dirty towels and almost crashed into me. He didn’t even apologize. He just stared at me and kept walking. A housekeeper saw what happened and said, “That’s how he always is, he has a bad attitude.” The next day, when I returned to my room at night, it had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk, they simply told me there was nothing they could do and that they would “check tomorrow,” again with a bad attitude. On top of that, the bathroom got clogged during my stay, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The decor was cute and tied to the city. The room was small but had all we needed. The street noise could still be heard but one has to understand it’s New Orleans, good times roll all night long. Breakfast was tasty with a great selection and the bar has a nice Happy Hour each day. The frosting on the cake is that the entire staff was very friendly and attentive.

The front desk staff was really nice. So was the bartender. The hotel itself isn’t anything fancy, but it was still nice and clean. The room was small but both the room and the bathroom was also really nice. The location was pretty good. The only issue was the valet. He was a little rude. There wasn’t much parking in front the hotel and on a slightly busy street. He wanted us to check in before he took the car. And then got annoyed but I came back out and said the room wasn’t ready. And he asked “well are ya’ll going to come back later?” And when I said no, got even more annoyed. It was just slightly disappointing. I’ve stayed at so many hotels in New Orleans and usually the valets are polite and it’s a smooth process. This wasn’t. He made us park the car almost in the middle of the road and cars were having to go around it because he “needed to call another guy.” It was just stressful and a little hectic. We had no issue the next day getting the car, so maybe it was just an off day
