This was a great stay!! I stayed at the other Sonesta suites on Loyola and didn’t have a great experience, but this one was amazing!!! The staff was wonderful and the valet guys were so helpful! My room was super clean and I loved the breakfast! I’ll will book her again!

Absolutely loved my stay at this property and would visit again. Close to food and sites. The room had a few dings and dents on the furniture but the bed was very comfortable and the space was quite large.

this was my first time in New Orleans, I did enjoy my stay at the Sonesta, the staff were GREAT! very helpful always smiling and really made me feel welcome to there city. the room was clean and didnt look run down. I would only suggest doing some renovations to the entire hotel in the future. but the staff were really great. shout out to everyone working from September 19-22 2024!

Wonderful apartment and breakfast! However, the bed was terribly hard and my back was killing me the 1st morning. So... we ended up putting the couch mattress on the bed. My back didn't hurt after that. The staff were AMAZINGLY friendly and I'd come back just because of that.

Easy to check in, the staff was friendly. The site are roomie and clean and the complimentary was good. Kudos to the valet staff Will and Donerll they were very helpful.
