Hotel is a little outdated but the room was clean and close to many restaurants, about a 15/20 minute walk to bourbon st. I liked the added security of needing a key card both to enter the lobby and use the elevator. All the staff I interacted with were always welcoming and helpful. There is a little lobby store with snacks that is 24 hours as well which was helpful when we didn’t want to go to canal street for a corner store

The hotel was amazing, clean and so nice, bed was comfortable and kitchen was awesome. Downside pay per day parking $30 a night on weekends and $20 a night on weekdays expensive and a bit unexpected.

Enjoyed the property and amenities that came with the hotel such as full size shampoo/soap bottles and free breakfast! We were given an upgrade and appreciate the gesture. The location was quiet and the hotel was very clean. The only thing we did not like was the design of the shower door. It's a permanent glass installment on half of the bath tub, but the other half was left open so water would get onto the floor. We used a towel but it was completely soaked when we stepped out of the shower.

We did NOT stay here. The area is NOT safe for kids. The hotel would not work with me so I will dispute the charges. The drug addicts, homeless all over outside and on the hotel property was scary. We don't come from that and I was not subjecting my family to that. 100% do NOT recommend.

There do not have everyday room cleaning. When i first arrived the pillows cases had not been changed and had yellow stains on all over them. On day 2 i called front desk for fresh towels, they said someone would bring some up but they never did. I called a second time and they still never brung any up so i had to go down and get them myself. They have big rats all outside the hotel.
