This was by far the best stay ever. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. But the Excellency goes out to the staff two in particular, Dakota at the front desk and Monique. These two people had the best personalities and overall performance, and made me and my husband feel like we were literally family. Whenever we visit New Orleans again the Jung will be our stay. We made new friends in the staff there. They are beyond amazing. There are no words of how we can describe their overwhelming hospitality. Thank you Dakota and Monique we will be back!

Have to pay to store your own belongings because you cannot keep anything in your personal vehicle. Since check in isn’t until 4pm it makes it frustrating. Have never heard of that before. You can hear everything and everyone in the hallways in your room. Staff besides valet were all very helpful and nice though!

The hotel lobby and the room were very spacious and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Staff wasn’t super friendly at check in or check out. The uncomfortable part though was the condition of their furniture in the suite. They need to be replaced or regularly cleaned.

Got there on a Saturday, the bar is supposed to open at 5 PM however when we asked about it, the guy at the front desk said "oh, I guess they are running late."we sat there for over an hour and no one came so we were forced to go elsewhere after a long drive in. Secondly, the coffee maker in the room was broken and when I asked downstairs it was shrugged off and I desperately needed hot water since I'd fallen under the weather and needed to take a packet of TheraFlu. Overall, property was clean and in a good location I just felt like the staff lacked empathy/urgency. Once you check in, you are on your own. I've stayed here a few times however, this will be my last stay here.
