Was charged in upgrade fee and did not get upgraded call stack to get this problem solved and she still was charging me for the upgrade fee when I checked in the attendant told me that there was no rooms available for the fifth grade so that was fine. Will not be staying here at this hotel again.

Majority of the hotel was beautiful. Right outside our room was a large painting barely held together by a broken frame which fell almost on us when we walked by it at checkin. Room very big and nice. Both recliners need to be cleaned! Armrests and seats were dinghy and the fabric was very dirty. Near the toilet were multiple pubic hairs on the floor and the opening of the toilet seat was so wide and uncomfortable. Bathroom was really nice as well as the rest of the room. Valet was sitting at the bar and never noticed me staring at the valet stand for over 30 minutes. Coffee shop worker was over 30 minutes late opening up. The hotel was under renovations in several areas and we were only there overnight so we didn’t get to explore. Minus the issues I mentioned, the hotel is very nice and I’m sure at the right time of year a beautiful place to stay.
