The room was quite comfortable and spacious. The surrounding area became suspect at night. The rep at check-in was my problem. She proclaimed I was REQUIRED to use the valet service. To make this worse, on one occasion, when the car was brought to me, the distinct smell of marijuana was quite pronounced in the car.

Excellent property, very clean and the rooms spaciousness are good, good amenities. I was not offered complementary breakfast with my booking. I think I missed during my booking through Expedia. The breakfast at hotel restaurant is expensive also, the restaurant was closed on thanksgiving Friday . But otherwise excellent place to stay .

This was by far the best stay ever. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. But the Excellency goes out to the staff two in particular, Dakota at the front desk and Monique. These two people had the best personalities and overall performance, and made me and my husband feel like we were literally family. Whenever we visit New Orleans again the Jung will be our stay. We made new friends in the staff there. They are beyond amazing. There are no words of how we can describe their overwhelming hospitality. Thank you Dakota and Monique we will be back!

Have to pay to store your own belongings because you cannot keep anything in your personal vehicle. Since check in isn’t until 4pm it makes it frustrating. Have never heard of that before. You can hear everything and everyone in the hallways in your room. Staff besides valet were all very helpful and nice though!
