Good locations , exceptional staff but resturant was closed at 9. It was no way for us to use complimentary drink since they closed earlier without informations We had room with kitchen and washer and drier - we did not need it but great options if someone stays longer . Very nice hotel . I would recommended

The linen on our beds weren’t clean. The valet was not available at night . We had to constantly tell them to clean our room and give us new towels . The night concierge was rude and unhelpful. The day time valet was good and helpful . Over all I would not stay there again

The room was pretty nice & clean, the bed is very comfortable, the AC was nice n cold & the bathroom was also very clean. It just needs some rugs & the shower needs a door cus the floor gets wet. Other than that it was an AMAZING & RELAXING stay.

Excellent location, easy to walk to the French Quarter and The Super Dome. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The dining hours were a bit limited in the restaurant.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. It surpassed my expectations. The only negative thing was there was absolutely no view from our window. A brick wall was allnwe could see out. We were mot in the room long, so we enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness ans spaciousness more than compensated for no view. I'm booking this hotel whenever we visit The NOLA. We caugjt the Trolley right outside the hotel and was in walking distance of everything.

I always stay at the Jung and have a grrat experience. However, the white man who works on the front desk that checked me in always gives pushback. He didnt want to honor the complimentary drinks which i had to tell him Expedia advertises it. He conveniently found 2 drink cards after they didnt have it for a year. Then i asked for robes. He saod they didnt have for a year but when i asked the other employee, of course he found them. Mind you i just stayed in April. Also, i was given the king suite by the ice machine and it was so loud. The whole room was noisy from upstairs to people going back and forth. Either i wont be staying here again or I'm checking in with someone other than that man!
