Only got our room cleaned once, the maid even left her gloves on the nightstand after. Had to call for towels twice. The bar wasn't open a single time while we were and the coffee shop worked on their own schedule not the hours posted.

Housekeeping shouldn’t open someone’s door when the do not disturb sign is on the handle…when I got to the door to see what she wanted she wanted to know what time I was checking out this was at 9am and mind you check out wasn’t u til 12

This was amazing! Very comfortable, well equipped with all that was needed. Perfect location on canal street and only minutes walk away from two of my favorite restaurants. Highly recommended plus it’s walking distance from bourbon street.
