A spotless room, spotless bathroom, very friendly staff, it was incredible! Walking distance from Bourbon Street, parked across the street for $60 for my couple days stay. Definitely would go back for my Mardi Gras experience💜💚💛

Hallways were filthy and lined with dirty towels because they didn’t have enough housekeepers. Rooms were kinda clean, you can tell it was a quick wipe down. You had to go downstairs to get towels as they had no staff. Everything in lobby was closed. Should staff up for busy time.

Only got our room cleaned once, the maid even left her gloves on the nightstand after. Had to call for towels twice. The bar wasn't open a single time while we were and the coffee shop worked on their own schedule not the hours posted.

Housekeeping shouldn’t open someone’s door when the do not disturb sign is on the handle…when I got to the door to see what she wanted she wanted to know what time I was checking out this was at 9am and mind you check out wasn’t u til 12
