Lovely hotel with a cozy aesthetic for a good price. I wasn’t in the room much because I was there for a business trip. The a/c struggled to cool the area. I had to be sure to close the drapes and blinds when I left for the day, otherwise the room was blazing hot when I returned, despite the a/c having been on the whole time. There was a wet spot on the carpet

They offered no laundry service. Hotel overbooked with pokeman guests. Service man complaining about too many people a lot. Way understaffed for full hotel. I thought $50 a day for valet parking was excessive. Good location. Breakfast food poor.

Great location and friendly staff that offered great service. Enjoyed that there was breakfast available in the morning, it’s rare nowadays. Next trip back to NOLA, will definitely be booking here again!
