Hotel was on par with what other guests reported - clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast (wasn't expecting the hot foods), and friendly and helpful staff. Missing a star for a few reasons though... Noisy elevators in the old building kept me awake a bit at night. The unexpected early-morning fire alarm was jarring (greasy kitchen we were told), but overall this is a great boutique hotel in the heart of the warehouse district that is walkable to A LOT of the great places NOLA has to offer!

The room was clean. Staff very nice. The air conditioning was not working well at all! Reported to front desk but, nothing changed. The room was too warm and made sleeping uncomfortable.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. My room was clean. We booked the king suite. I like that I was able to go in the room and close the door ro relax while my husband stayed up in the living room area. All in all a great room. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. But it was hot and delicious. I really have no complaints. Great stay will definitely book here again.
