This is an older boutique hotel. Bit it was lovely. Clean, SPACIOUS. It was walkable to Canal, Bourbon Street, Magazine st and the River walk. The safe was lovely and attentive and they give an adequate continental bkfst with DELISH coffee as well. I would most definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed New Orleans

The Mercantile Hotel is located in the heart of the business district. It is also in an area where all the restaurants, casino's, and 6 minutes from bourbon street. The staff was courteous the rooms are spacious. VIP parking is also a plus. This will be my go to spot whenever I visit New Orleans again.

My room had the bedroom door missing. TV in the living room didn’t work and when I showered the water cut completely off while showering and when it came back on the pressure was extremely low. My room number was 846.
