The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The flavor was nasty. Was waken early with a staff member trying to get in the room. Then front desk called a few minutes later asking why didn’t we change rooms last night. It was a crazy experience. Also the smell of marijuana was bad on the elevators.
Breakfast was good hotel was great didnt like the 100 dollar hold on top of the hotel room price n still havent gotten my 100 back even though they said itd be right back in my account as soon as i checked out. Other than that it was perfect
Felt like I stayed in a little apartment. Cute room.

My room was miserably hot and the thermostat was inoperable on the wall, when I mentioned this to the young lady at the desk she just looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language.

The room stayed cold the entire night. Adjusting the thermostat would not solve the issue.

The first room we checked into the AC was not working, Mr. Steve at the front desk was so accommodating and made sure we were moved to a better room with a working AC. He was so apologetic. Offered some great suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. The free breakfast was a bonus and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely be visiting again.
It's an old building, so it's understandable, but there was a strange smell when I entered the room. I got the impression that the area around the hotel didn't seem very safe at night. For breakfast, there were various options including eggs, bacon, and sausages, but two types of juice were out of stock. The coffee was very delicious, and the staff member serving breakfast was very kind.

Picture are deceiving on all sites. Its a dated hotel with ok service. Good location and walking area. Break fast is very mediocre but coffee machine is really good while its available during breakfast hours.

Really expected a little bit better based on the pictures online. Made 3 different attempts to call them before our arrival and never got anyone to actually pick up. Walked in and there was nobody in the lobby but 2 staff members talking. They weren’t exactly the friendliest. Just checked us in and handed the room keys to us and went back to talking.
Room was clean but they missed the mark in a couple of areas. Simple things like in the bathroom the shower had 2 bottles of shampoo but no soap or body wash. For some reason it was in the dispenser by the sink, the frame for the bed sticks out past the mattress so you hit it with your leg when you turn to walk past it, curtains can’t close all the way so there is light shining in from the street lights all night.
There are other things that could be improved just to help with the feel of the place. There was a laundry cart in the hallway just outside the elevator. I’m assuming that’s where it lived lol, the exterior windows were a nasty moldy green, the “thermostat” in the bedroom was just a knob that said cooler and warmer. We turned it all the way to warmer and the room never warmed up. It just wasn’t blowing quite as cold. Like every other hotel in the world the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. There are light switches that didn’t seem to turn on anything in the room, the phone in the sitting area didn’t have a line connected to it. So not really sure why they put it there.
Complimentary breakfast isn’t nothing exciting
STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUSREALLY APPRECIATE THE YOUNG MAN AT THE FRONT DESK. THE ROOM IS AWESOME, VERY CLEAN AND WE LOVE IT.THIS IS OUR NUMBER ONE.STAY FOR NOW ON
