It was a nice place to stay had free bikes to use the pool was nice but could have been a bit warmer. During the lights festival it would be nice to have shuttle to the free bus and back. Parking was ok but not a lot on site considering size of hotel. First in first served. The staff were lovely and attentive. Decent amount of milk too for coffees but not much coffee itself. We were lucky had two rooms one liked tea one coffee so we swapped

My bathroom tap dripped all night, which was annoying. There was noise in my room, if the people in the next room flushed their toilet etc. I realise that mine was a last minute booking, so could not expect a premium room, but my money is just as good as the next person’s. Parking was not great.

Amazing hotel, everything is very new and clean. The coffee machine in our room may have been broken but the rest of the stay was comfortable and lovely. Will definitely be back.
