No TV!
We usually stay here when in New Ulm,MN. But might be looking elsewhere next time! Stayed 2 nights first night after getting settled turned tv on had to unplug reciever and plug back in to work. 2nd night was in room by 5:00pm had tv on then about 6:00pm lost picture said to unplug and plug back in which i did but had no channels. Called front desk said tv was working in lobby and no one else had complained about tv so said would let maintenance know next day but said we'd be leaving! Asked if could bring different box said couldn't. So had no tv from 6:00 on and still wasn't working in morning! Said i wanted refund for that night but all she could do is leave a note for manager! It's not a fancy place by no means but has a decent breakfast and filled or needs for staying there.

Harmony Inn had just what we needed - 2 double beds and a continental breakfast. The hotel was clean, and everything we needed was there. The breakfast had cereal, waffles, muffins, and other things to choose from. The hotel has definitely not been updated in a while, but that did not detract from the cleanliness.

Exceeded expectations
Hotel was great for our needs. Staff was friendly and accommodating despite being a very busy weekend! (Oktoberfest) Bed and pillows were comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast was more than we expected. Our room was on the first floor so we did occasionally hear the people above us walking around but nothing that was too loud or disturbing for me. A very nice older hotel that has been updated. Would stay here again!

It was fine - I'd stay there again, but next time I'd ask for ground floor, as there was no elevator, and my friend and I are elderly. Carrying out bags to the 2nd floor was difficult. I probably should have asked to be changed to the ground floor. Live and learn.

While outdated, a GREAT stay!
Everyone was super nice & helpful, especially on such a busy weekend (Oktoberfest)! Room was clean but outdated, pillows were uncomfortable. Overall a great experience!

Extremely disappointed in paying over $225 a night for a 2 Star hotel. Price gouging at it's best. Very uncomfortable bed did not help. Coffee tasted like it was from yesterdays brew and reheated. Not worth the money.
