The hotel was nice inside the lobby. Staff was pleasant. The hallway outside our room had weird red rugs with birds on them. The room was nice though, art deco stylish decor, great soaking tub with jets, towels were rough, bathrobes were stiff, tv was difficult to figure out. There is no room service, no lounge. Bed was comfortable and sheets were very nice. View was not good even though I paid for a view, it was not anything great. The location was nice away from Times SQ. A 15 minute walk to get to the action.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was great. The only thing we did not like was sleeping on opened up sofas. Huge room with beautiful views but the beds were not comfortable. In the other room we had regular beds which were comfortable.

Our family enjoyed every minute of our time at this hotel, from the time we walked in the door until the time we left it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and everything that we asked for the staff satisfied all of our needs. I highly recommend this hotel and the accommodations that they provide.
