We understand that what happened with the elevator was not your fault, but being told “your room is ready, you just have to go up 26 floors with 6 suitcases” was unacceptable. We had to change in the bathroom, without being able to take a shower, and we checked in at 11 p.m. We should have been compensated for all the inconveniences. I would not return to the hotel and I would not recommend it.

Front desk staff were first rate, however, the cleaning crew were not as diligent. We had to ask the front desk to have our room cleaned at 4 pm., and toiletries were not refilled on another day.
