The hotel is fairly well located and convenient for getting around New York, which is definitely a plus. It is also quite clean, which I truly appreciated—especially based on my past experiences in other hotels in NYC, where cleanliness and cigarette smells in the rooms have been a serious issue.
However, there were several problems that negatively affected our stay. Out of the three elevators in the building, only one was working during the day, causing long wait times and inconvenience. Additionally, the bar only opens on Fridays and Saturdays. On Saturday night, I went with my group around 11:00 PM hoping to have drinks and relax, but the bartender had already closed the bar.
This was very disappointing, particularly because there is nothing else to do inside the hotel and no other place to get a drink on-site. If a hotel offers a bar as an amenity, it would be reasonable to expect it to stay open until at least 1:00 or 2:00 AM.
Overall, while the location and cleanliness are strong points, the lack of basic services and limited availability significantly impacted the experience.
