The property is new and well managed. The room was super clean and comfortable bed and sheets. Breakfast could be better since there are not many restaurant options around.

The individuals in the room right next to mine were having a party in their room and you could hear anything. Also because of the location, the factory across the street was blaring some loud noises at around 5-6am.

This hotel is just opened and still under construction. They are getting the kinks out still. It is like a soft launch. But a great price because of that Easy to get to the city via the F train (it’s a 8 minute walk to the train). And easy to get to JFK via the F train.

The hotel is located close to the NY Metro Subway. The only thing I would suggest is the front desk should have a numbering system for the customers who arrive hours before the check-in time. When it was time to check-in others were given a room before me who just arrived after I had been waiting for a few hours.

Hotel is ok, not great neighbourhood. Asked the front desk for change for housekeeper, which he didn't have quite enough so I got $15 for $20. Left money in the room for cleaner, came back, money was gone and room not touched. I asked the front desk "was there housekeeping?" he said only if you ask. So who took the tip? He said "oh that's weird"......also no hairdryer in room, and only a vending machine in the lobby for food.

Property was unfinished. Bar not open but advertised. No food. Across the street from a huge factory that gets very loud at night. Heating was poor. In an incredibly rough area. This is not Long Island city and very unsafe at night.

Right across power plant that does not shut down. Hotel is very dirty while they continue with construction and has foul odor. I urge people not to stay here.

The property was clean. Parking was terrible and there were no concessions/ vending. I went to the bodega down the street but it was closed. The hotel next door had a large group checking in and it would have taken me forever to get a snack. Luckily there was a food truck outside. I was able to get something to hold me over. It’s nice but not worth the 300 I paid for 1 night.
