Great stay!
The stay was nice, the room temperature would only stay at 70 which was okay but I am use to having it colder. Staff were so friendly ! I did not catch her name but the host in charge for the roof top was sooo sweet ! I would definitely rebook of course with a view this time!

The property overall is fine. Rooms are comfortable and clean. House keeping cleans the room quick and efficiently. Restaurant and Rooftop were excellent from food to drinks. Exquisite! I did enjoy waiting on the elevator although there were three, it was a little slow to come, but I believe that is due to the volume of people. Also, I did not enjoy the smell of smoking after wee hours and early morning in the elevator and the lobby floor. It is a non smoking hotel, but the smell was bad and the spray that was used did not make it better. The area was not my favorite due to the unsavory characters but it is expected with Times Square and there were no incidents that occurred, so I would deem it as safe enough. Overall, I had a good experience with the hotel and I would book again, because it was in proximity to my work area.

stayed for 3 nights (09/08 to 12/08) with my sister and we enjoyed our stay. it was right across the port authority and the subway entrance was right across as well. the hotel was situated perfectly from pretty much everything we needed to go to and get around easily just by walking. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable but there was a downside for us which is our room AC. i had turned it off just for a few minutes because the room was already freezing cold and when i tried to turn it on again, it kept turning on and off on its own throughout the day/night and would then completely shut off which would make it hard to sleep at night in the heat. other than that, the hotel staff were accommodating and welcoming and we had a great time at the hotel, we’ll definitely book there again when we visit the city!

The $34 / day amenity charge on top of room booking was unexpected and a joke considering the actual lack of amenities offered. False claim on complimentary bikes was also disappointing. Rooms were small with double beds. The air conditioner would make a clicking noise during the night.

I liked that the staff were always kind and courteous. The rooms were very clean; however, the room we stayed in had a fridge that wasn’t cooling correctly. But we were able to quickly fix that by adjusting the thermometer. Another thing is it’s a very modernized hotel so I think educating clients about the DND on the wall would be helpful because I didn’t know about it until two days later. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. It’s an absolutely beautiful hotel surrounded by lots of food, public transit, and Penn Station is a 10 minute walk.

My son and I had a great experience. Staff at the reception very nice, polite and helpful. They accommodated and upgraded us right away. Overall great customer service and great staff and we’ll come back. We even extended 2 more nights.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Cost of parking higher than what Expedia said, got parking ticket while checking in with valet. Great area close to everything. Breakfast in restaurant was overpriced for what it included. Rooftop is overpriced bar and minimal food choices, did not like each person had to purchase an overpriced not very good drink

We arrived at 4pm and our check in was at 3pm, we get to the desk and our room wasn’t even ready. The guy said he would come get us when it was ready, after an hour of waiting and still nothing we went to the desk again but to a different guy to ask what was going on and he said our room was ready but the other guy didn’t come and get us to let us know. The elevator waiting time was also horrible, we waited almost 30 minutes each time to go up or down on the first day of our stay (it was a Sunday) Also, house keeping only came to our room to clean one time during our stay of 3 days. We also called for room service one night at the restaurant and they said they couldn’t do room service because the restaurant was full. Parking is also terrible to find. The location is also a bit sketchy. Some of the staff were nice but some of them were rude. The room was also very small , but for 2 people it’s not that bad. The hotel was pretty clean overall.
