Anyai was super welcoming at check in for which I was very grateful after disappointing travel experiences. Super clean and comfortable common areas which were amazing to relax in and the elevator call system made me feel safer travelling alone!

All round a nice hotel. Good staff. Clean, well stocked room. Didn’t remember the vIp thing, so missed out on the dining dining discount. On the 10 flr, higher would nice next time. Shower and sink both lost hot water for a bit. It came back and front desk will look into it.

Beautiful ,modern hotel, walk to Times Square. Staff professional, friendly, helpful. Spotless room. Only complaint was the AC. Loud, rattling sound. Front desk immediately requested a repair but sound remained. Despite, still highly recommend.

The location made it easy to get around. Short walk to Broadway shows and subway station. Rooms were small and would be cozy for 4 people. Hotel was nicely maintained and staff was friendly.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel in NYC. To start, check in was supposed to be 3:00pm. We arrived at 3 and were told the room was still not ready, we had dinner reservations at 5pm all the way across town. Waited in the lobby until 4:15, the outside area was closed. the room was finally ready at 4:15, we went up, the ac didn’t work, was 77 degrees in there, had to wait for someone to come change the dirty filter while we were sitting in the room. We missed our dinner reservation for our 1 year wedding anniversary because of the late check in and the issues. When we went to leave the room, paid extra for the terrace suite, the door wouldn’t lock! Had to wait for maintenance to come back AGAIN and fix the door, they said “oh it’s just tricky, you have to pull the knob all the way up, twist the lock, release the handle, jiggle it and it should be fine” that’s a lot of stuff to do to secure your room closed. Why not fix the locks? Then we went to go use the terrace… DISGUSTING! Cigarette butts EVERYWHERE, the sofa out there was absolutely filthy and that was the only seating option besides 1 small chair, so we couldn’t even use the terrace which was the reason we paid so much extra for. Tremendously disappointed. To top it all off, we went to get into bed and there were hairs on the pillows, and dirt on the corners of the sheets. I would never ever ever reccomend coming here. It ruined our first wedding anniversary, that we spent a lot of money on.
