Lovely but chilly!
The room we ended up moving too was great and spacious however also freezing which is why we moved in the first place. Could not get warm on a chilly December night nor was there enough warm bedding. Amazing location and lovely staff but they need to work on warming the place up and offering extra bedding.

Wonderful stay

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The service is always wonderful. This time I was in a renovated room, and it was especially nice. The temperature in the room was comfortable, The bed was extremely comfortable. Having the snacks and water replaced with espresso coffee each day was very nice as well. The location of the hotel is wonderful, and especially nice because it is close to where I work.

I loved this hotel, the employees were knowledgeable of the city. They were able to get us a taxi to the airport for free. Very friendly employees. Our room was amazing for my family and I. We had a view of the Empire State Building and it was such an experience to watch it light up at night then turn Christmas colors.

Great location next to N, R, W lines on 28th and Broadway. The room was spacious, modern and clean. They refilled two complimentary water bottles each day. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

This is the only place we will stay! The staff is awesome, the property manager is awesome and so accommodating. They don't miss a thing from mouthwash, complementary snacks and water, coffee, tea kettle, all open marble shower, huge rooms in NYC! For those of you that say it's loud, you're in the city!!! Don't visit the city if you need quiet! Come to visit us in NH... We will offer all the same appointments but charge you double! Go next door to the amazing roof-top bar, get loaded and you won't notice the noise! Just enjoy your time and be thankful that you're in a wonderful room. Trust me here, rooms elsewhere in the city are a fraction of the size with no personalization. THANK YOU TEAM! Happy Holidays!!
