Our family of six had plenty of room in the junior suite. Nice view of the Empire State Building with great variety of restaurants nearby. Staff were welcoming and hotel was spotless! Highly recommend.

I stay here regularly for business. It is close to my office and I know the area and feel safe. This was not one of the renovated rooms but it was actually very nice. It was large and comfortable.

Loved staying here! Great location, easy to walk to Times Square in one direction and Union Square in the other. The staff was very attentive, we had some issues with checkin but they resolved quickly and sent us up a bottle of wine for the trouble! The room was clean comfortable and quiet. Really appreciated free waters and snacks in the room as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Broadway Plaza in a trendy spot, lots of restaurants and walking distance to many area attractions. The hotel was clean and very nice- but I wish they have more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels. Staff very friendly- provided all of us umbrellas on rainy days. Boutique vibe.
