Gave it one star cuz bed was very comfortable and cant give zero stars. Wouldnt stay again. Was convenient for UBS Arena, but stay at better hotel and drive/uber to game. Area can feel less than safe, although we were fine and car was ok overnight. Free parking. Other "guests" were loud, slammed doors all night. Hotel staff didn't do anything about it. Dont recommend for families.

The bed linen, and bath towels, were dirty and on checking in the room had a smell, had to buy disinfectant spray and spray bed linens and a fabulosity, to clean room, transportation was convenient, food mart convenient also
