DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. For a suite that cost over $400 a night you would expect a doorman and someone to assist you when you arrive. Guess again you are the doorman and the parking attendant. The parking garage is two to three blocks away from the Hotel and you have to take the car there and walk back including taking elevators through a major office building. There is no one to help you with your bags. The rooms are not terrible, but they are smaller than they look. The staff is rude and arrogant. I mentioned three times that there were a few trash bags outside of my room that needed to be picked up and they were still there when I left. There is no breakfast at all offered and no real options. Upon mentioning some concerns to a male staff member who was working the front desk on the morning of 11-22-24 I was informed to put it in the review, and he could have cared less about my concerns so hence here is what you requested. NY City is very expensive but with proper research you can get much better service for your $400 a night. This Hotel is not worth the money and that is basically due to the uncaring arrogant staff and their execution on not wanting to try to make their guests have an exceptional experience they do not care period. Once again choose accommodations elsewhere there are much better in the city for the cost and aggravation than what you will receive by staying here. Just Say No!!!!
