It was really clean and nice. More space than many NYC hotels I've stayed in previously. The only thing I didn't like is that the hallway smelled like weed.

Our stay was quite enjoyable, meeting the needs of my wife and I. I especially want to recognize Filomena Giurbino. This women seems to be everywhere at your property, We first saw her at the front desk, answering phone calls, checking people in, all with a smile and a hello. Later, we caught up with her in the elevator assisting a guest with that pleasant smile. The next morning, there she was assisting at breakfast. My wife asked her about the bed in our room (212). It was very comfortable and we were curious who the manufacturer was. At check-out, she provided that information for us. Great service skills! I asked Filomena who tended to the plants in the lobby and the outside planters. They are beautiful, along with the Holiday decorations. I thought it was an interior plantscape company that serviced the hotel. It didn’t surprise me when she said it was her. Please communicate to management the outstanding work that Filomena does for Comfort Inn. It’s people like her that will keep me and others returning to your property in the future. Give that lady a raise!
