I got lock out of my room before check out and all our stuff was still there check out at 12 but they lock us out by 11 after we got into from breakfast
Everything was good and clean and safety , highly recommended and will be back again.

We arrived at the hotel early , we understand the early check in is not guaranteed, we stored bags , there , the staff at front desk very rude , unattractive, we checked again for room Status , the lady. Room wasn’t ready by 3 PM. Over all room were great , housekeeping I did amazingly job , only the front desk team need improvement.
