Very nice hotel, clean and good location for any midtown activities or visits.the Breakfast is offered in great Grand room with a beautiful look of time square and Broadway. We rented 2 rooms and one bed in each room didn't even have a mattress cover on it. Told the desk multiple rimes about it and it took two days to get matress covers on. Mold on the outer shower curtain. Water pressure in the shower was abysmal. Not a good experience at all.

- Slow service sometimes: Food staff doubles as front desk reception - Gym water fountain did not work - Tub drain was clogged when i got in (they did fix it) - Bistro menu is difficult to read. Confusing to read. - 1 of 2 elevators was out of service - Hard to change temp of room - Wallpaper in bathroom looks like it was patching a hole and is starting to peel - shower curtain should be longer - hot food from bistro had bits that were cold (partly cold meat balls) - staff seems to be doing their best
