Our room was opposite the elevator so can hear beep and noise from people entering and exiting. Also we put the Do Noy Disrurb tag sign at the door but housekeeper still knocked.

Unfortunately, I must give a 1-star rating. Although our room was prepaid, upon arrival, we were asked to provide a credit card for a reservation hold. Several amounts, including ones higher than the room cost, were reserved on our card. A week after we checked out, a charge of several hundred USD was applied to our credit card. Despite multiple calls and emails, and their assurance that they would investigate, we are now 3 weeks later and no resolution has been offered so far.

Wonderful experience
This hotel is full of warm, caring people who truly care about their guests and want to help in any way they can, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We stayed here with our two young children for our first week after returning to the US from several years abroad, and it was a wonderful way to come back. Every encounter was a pleasure and every issue was solved quickly and with compassion. The breakfast is pretty good, too! And, of course, everything was clean and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Since we took the elevator a weed smell was super strong. The same in the hallway and bedrooms . The employees were in my bedroom spraying the air. But everything was the same.
