Great staff and daily housekeeping… so close and walkable to all the things! We used subway and walked everywhere. Rooms are large for NYC!!!

Great hotel! Perfect for our family of three. They upgraded us to a 1-bedroom suite which was perfect. Hotel offers $10 credit from their pantry every day. I would not say the front desk personnel was very friendly, but the doorman was helpful and cordial. I would definitely stay here again- it was reasonably priced for all the accommodations.

Good location, decent hotel but several things weren't working in our room (toilet, table light outlet by bed, light bulbs - the ones we mentioned to the front desk were promptly fixed!). Service was great, friendly and nice employees.

the majority of the staff were great. The beds were comfortable. Our tub was very slow in draining, the toilet was leaking, which was corrected, we had to ask for wash cloths as none were left one day. The building as a whole was not the best for the price. The view from my room was an office building. We did appreciate the gentlemen who helped us every day with directions, cabs and ubers .. they are great. Oher than that ,this is not a place where I will be staying.

Beautiful property. Amazing front desk staff and door men and valet so friendly and helpful. Lovely room so big for NYC. Two queen bed room super spacious and big bathroom too. Our in-laws for the suite with kitchenette and theirs was great too. Great quiet hotel stay.

In my opinion, I think this is the best part of the city to stay and play everything you want to see is close all the great options of food that you need very safe neighborhood
