Very nice large room. Very clean. Staff seemed new, inexperienced. Charged me a fee that I had already paid. Still waiting for the credit. Saturday night in the bar restaurant below, the music was loud thumpa thumpa until 11:30 at night.

Location where there are lots of restaurants and close to other areas in Greenpoint And Williamsburg. Price is good for NY and size. The lobby and hallways should be refurbished to be 5 star. Also the shower is in the bathtub which is more inconvenient for older people (over 60).

Great location in Greenpoint. Our room was roomy, clean, comfortable, though a little dark. The exercise room in the basement is way too dark to work out in.
