For New York the hotel was a good deal better than we expected. The room was large, clean and given that NY never sleeps it was reasonably quiet. Yes the decor was a little tired but still very much to a reasonable standard. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The idea of the destination fee of $40 per day should be dropped and added to the standard charge. Then give the $15 as a bonus per day to spend in the shop. Many thanks for a great stay

Great location to explore NYC! Can't beat being attached to Grand Central Station!! Room was spacious and clean. The staff was amazing. Def would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful about the hotel. Alfred, was extremely helpful. However the lad y on check-in counter was terrible. It was never difficult to extend an hour permission in any other property however here it was impossible, which if not strange was difficult to understand for sure .

Small bathroom with very tiny ledge over the single sink. Hardly has room for your personals. There is an ice container to pick up ice, but no cups or glasses. And of course no water in the room Cleaning ladies are very nice.
