Loved this location. So convenient! Clean room, but a bit of a musty smell our first day we arrived. Typical for a number of hotels I’ve stayed in near midtown. Great for walking around the city and convenient for LIRR and subways. The market is great! And the staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again for a short trip!

Cost is high for very little. Small room with no coffee maker. $15 credit each day at the store for food that was overpriced. For the cost, very little other than a bed to sleep and bathroom. Lighting controls were ridiculous. How about some switches?

Very small dirty rooms. Staff was unpleasant and simple amenities were not supplied or included. Not the standard I expected from the Hyatt brand. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the rooms and the lack of room service. Staying at this hotel was on par with staying at a cheap dirty motel. Room service is unavailable and $5 bottles of water were only available. Will never be staying at this hotel again.

The area is great and convenient to get around. The rooms were rather small and felt like they weren’t as cleaned. Overall, great place for a short stay, the lobby was big, and front staff is friendly.
