The hotel it’s great, perfect location, big room, easy checking and checkout. It doesn’t include breakfast but gives us 15 dollars daily credit on the market. In the bathroom there’s no place to put things and there’s a gap with the wall where we found toothbrush and shavers. Overall experience great.

In the heart of Grand Central, a wonderful place to stay when visiting NYC! The rooms are small but clean. The staff is helpful with any questions. Highly recommend!

TBH I was worried as I read some terrible recent reviews but it was a fantastic stay. Our room was ready on arrival (early). It was clean and very comfortable. We found the staff very friendly and helpful at every interaction. And got a great food recommendation. All of this plus an EXCELLENT location! We will be back!

Location was great, close to Subway, food and shopping; could still hear traffic noise and when we got neighbors in the bathroom; bathroom fan did not have a switch to turn on; needed to show keycard to door staff (who where really nice); cafe people were a bit frosty; room got warmer as we slept; we were given $15 a day in the cafe, but was easy to go over, it was really expensive. Go and buy the $1 water on the street, CVS is right around the corner too!!!
