The hotel location was great, room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and staff were helpful and friendly. The care, Noa, was nice for a coffee in the am and had breakfast items (didn’t eat so don’t know how good).

Honestly I’m a bit surprises for a hotel that charges around $600 per night that the heat wasn’t working for the winter month. They brought a space heater but really kinda wild for a nice place like this. I travel a lot to New York and have been looking for a permanent hotel to stay at consistently so I’ll keep looking.

Great hotel! Rooms are a little small but standard for NYC. Hip and nice, great location, great staff. Coffee shop in lobby is nice and has an arrangement with the really nice gym next door. Will stay again.

Rooms were clean, enough space for one night. Right in the heart of the city. I was there to see the Thanksgiving Day Parade and 38th was within walking distance to do so. Elevators are kind of slow, check in was a little delayed past the promised 4pm time, but not really an issue. The front desk staff was wonderful.

Check in was easy and quick. The room was a notch bigger than other NYC hotels. I wasn’t thrilled when we saw a cockroach in our room but we were able to kill it and never saw another. The hotel was convenient to where we needed to be and we were in a rush to get there.
