Will stay again!

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, felt safe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a perfect location — just a short walk to Broadway shows, Times Square, and plenty of great restaurants. Ideal for anyone wanting to experience the heart of NYC without needing to rely on transportation. We’d definitely stay here again!

I had a great experience while staying. Staff is friendly and helpful. Whatever I asked was tended to in timely manner. Also very diverse if you are are timid about traveling especially in these times this would be a safe option.

Great location. Front Desk Staff was fantastic; however we had no hot water and the staff member that came to our room to check was rude and condescending. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Room we selected was not ready so we got moved to another room… room was small!

Five night stay in a city view room on the 30th floor. Room was clean and spacious but sleeping conditions were not good, with noticeable noise from the AC and both light and sound disturbance from the street, even on 30th floor. I'm not a light sleeper but I had to use earplugs and an eye mask, so if you're a light sleeper beware! Also, be prepared for long waits for the elevators, especially around breakfast time and in the evening, with 5+ minutes wait not uncommon. Overall, a solid stay, but a few comfort issues to be aware of.
