Great location. We walked to several restaurants and all of our events from the Hampton Inn Manhattan in Time Square including Juniors, Carmine’s, Carnegie Hall, Shunert Theatre, Macy’s, Magnolia Bakery, SaraBeth’s, Central Park, the Edge and the Summit. Staff were very attentive and our room was a good size and very clean.

The continental breakfast was a plus. We had an issue with our bathroom door after arrival and they attempted to fix it, but because they couldn’t they actually upgraded us to a new room.

We arrived early and The young man in charge of the luggage was so nice and held our bags until our room was ready; they even kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable until our room was available. The staff was always friendly, welcoming— and the man who took care of the rooms in housekeeping was very attentive . Breakfast was run very well.Good food and clean. Cookies are delish!

Did not like that there was no fridge or microwave in the room! The picture and list of amenities showed there would be. We did call for a fridge and got one brought to us quickly. However, we were on the 13th floor and had to go to lobby to microwave our food often.
