The customer service is top notch especially the breakfast area staff! They were all very kind and courteous from reception to housekeeping. We got the accessible room and maybe it hasn’t been that used regularly hence the handheld shower head was somewhat moldy. There was no on site parking but that wasn’t so bad as there were nearby car park bldgs and we knew this prior to booking.

, I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent stay. The room was very small and not worth the $400 I paid. Additionally, the front desk staff behaved very rudely and did not communicate properly. The customer service experience was very poor. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service.

Fast check in and check out. Even though the hotel is high rise there are three very fast elevators so there was no inconvenience. The interior feels recently renovated and very clean. Minor downsides are slightly low water pressure and a somewhat noisy heating system but at this price it is hard to find a better hotel. Excellent breakfast and outstanding value for the price.

The room is spacious. Breakfast is delicious, with several meal options. Hotel’s location is the best. It is a walking distance to Broadway shows , NBA store , Times Square, etcetera. The staff are very helpful and courteous.
