Nice property. Convenient location next to Times square. Roof top observation was closed which was a negative also once in 2 days room service are slight negatives. But pretty good overall

Very clean and a great location. Having a security guard at the door helped me feel very safe. The Peter t place to stay for a theater lover. Would definitely come back.

Even being near 7th Avenue, it was exceptionally quiet. The beds were comfortable, and we were provided with plenty of towels, etc. The staff, which included quite a few different people over the 5 days we stayed there, were friendly, helpful, personable, and informative. Breakfast was convenient. Subway stops were nearby, and many locations were within walking distance.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The hotel was near everything we wanted to visit. Checkin was smooth and the staff were informative and friendly. Our room on the 30th floor was very clean and just the right size for our weekend stay. The view from the observation deck was stunning. Slept soundly and then had a filling breakfast with lots of choices to start our day. Would definitely stay again.

Great tourist grade hotel right by Times Square. Rooms are a more than decent size. Clean, comfortable bed and safe. Your staying by Times Square, it's not like you are hanging out in your room for a long time. Great Pizza slice place on the block when you turn right from the lobby!!

I accidentally locked myself out of room and my purse and ID was still in room … I used the phone in hallway to contact the front desk … they insisted I come down to the front desk and at this property you pretty much need a room key to get an elevator or stairways to get to the lobby, which made it virtually impossible so I had to exit the building on the street and come back in the lobby … That was just ridiculous.. I was not able to prove who I was at front desk because my purse with id was in my room. Lazy terrible customer service from morning staff.

One lift was out of action for most of our stay which meant long queues to get too our room. Lobby area was very small which also meant it was hectic at times. Room was good, breakfast was adequate, if you aren't keen on waffles the range is quite limited. Friendly staff and a great location, it even on the 28th floor the street noise at night, in particular cars and sirens was quite loud.

The location of this hotel is perfectly located in the city. The hotel is also very safe. You need your room key in order to enter the hotel not to mention the elevators and your room. Security personnel are always available too. The breakfast was wonderful with many options for all. There’s nothing bad that I could say. Excellent stay.
