Loved this hotel and location! Reasonably priced and right in the heart of NYC! Nice and clean room. Breakfast was ok, not much of a selection but you could still find something to eat. Parking garage was a block over and cost $91 for about 25 hours. They had a deal with one garage but they wouldn’t take a suburban so had to go to city parking on other side of the street and no discount with them. All in all a great quick stay in NYC!

At the time of check-in there was big problem. I had came to the US first time and didn't know that the hotels here require security deposit and that too only by card. My card was not working and they were not accepting cash or not able to help in any other way. The staff even told me to cancel the booking and find other hotel. I felt helpless and worried about finding other hotel with all my luggage. I tried another time swiping the card and thank god it worked finally because the machine may have known that no human is helping me so the machine needs to help me😅. During that half an hour, I was really really worried. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Convenient location. Easy access to subway. Close to Grand Central Station. Lots to do in the area. Free breakfast. Area felt safe. Able to store our luggage with the front desk after checkout until we departed the city. Generally a good value for our stay.

Overall a good hotel

The good: Great location close to Metro and Times Square and Broadway. Hotel room was clean and good size, breakfast was good but no variation, we were there 7 days and was same every single day. The not so good. Our room was at the back on the 9th floor, loud industrial fans good be heard constantly from ground floor. Long waits for lifts at peak times. Breakfast area is very congested at peak times. Hotel is not cheap to stay. The front desk staff could smile a bit more !
