The location was great. We were able to walk to all the shows and get to many sights. The staff was friendly and attentive. After checking in I called about not having a refrigerator and one was brought to the room within a few hours. The hotel was quiet. There was a security guard out front in the evening and doors and elevator were key locked adding a second layer of security. It was nice to have breakfast provided each morning. The breakfast was changed up each day,

I liked that it had a free Continental breakfast which saved time and money. The area is close to NY Times Square and walkable to many areas in the center, it was next to an area of the street that looked a bit shady but had security. The elevator was the only problem that toke forever to get and always full.

First off, they have no parking lots, they don't even offer valet parking. You have to drive out to find own parking building and walk to back the hotel. You know you are driving NY, it took me 40 mins to park and walk back to room. Outside always scare with homeless people. Staff was nice enough but security was real rude.

Convenient location. Great if you want to see a show. Walkable to most places. Had a little tuck shop. Water coffee and tea available in lobby as well as in room. Great breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff looked after needs well.

Great visit
This property was in a great location for any tourism. We were able to walk to most of the items that we wanted to see and would stay there again. However, the morning breakfast and lobby situation is quite crazy. We ended up just grabbing breakfast outside of the hotel one morning because it is nuts so prepare yourself.
