Very clean and nice hotel with Rock & Roll memorabilia around. Very handy and accessible to Times Square and adjacent points of interest. Also easy to use and travel further using the subway to travel around. Only gripe would be the extra charges added during your stay and not added to the original booking. You need to allow for that. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

Front desk charged me for a drink when I have included in my resort fees a 22.00 dollars credit but they don’t tell you that it nit included the day you leave the day you leave is not included this 22.00 drinks credit they o my tell you is 22.00 food and drinks included my room was not ready the day I came in I found hair on my bed sheets my allergies but it was all taken care right away after I checked in but the front desk manager r is wonderful she great took care of me the next day only one the best

Exceptionally designed rooms that although compact make perfect use of the space available. Convenient location but the 200 dollar security hold feels excessive and is not in keeping with great customer service imo. Also note there’s a 40 dollar ‘resort fee’ per night. The room was so nice that I would recommend but the focus on various credit card holds and fees are off putting
