The staff and location were truly spectacular! The aesthetics were lacking, it was 2.5 stars just because of the small and very basic quality of the room and amenities. Otherwise it was 5 stars! We are very pleased!

Heritage Hotel was perfect for our 2 week stay. The location is excellent, it’s a nice area and quiet at night for sleeping. Super close to Madison Square Park, Eataly, Harry Potter Store, 23st Subway station, 2 Bros Pizza(for $1.50 slice), and a nice cafe right next door. The room was basic and a little dated, but had everything we needed, it was clean and for the price I couldn’t complain at all. We will definitely stay here again :-)

The property was very reasonably priced for its location and was clean but it's not glamorous or even nice really. As others have stated this would be a serviceable hotel for an overnight stay if flying out. The neighborhood was not bad though so not a negative experience.

Good stay, if I ever come back to NY will definitely use heritage again. The location was great and everything was comfortable and in good condition. Was cheapest option so I was a bit worried but ended up being well worth it!

Liked that it was walkable to the shops in the area. Didn't like how you had to open two doors to get to room passing through the stairwell. Also the slamming of doors was really annoying and hindered sleep.
