I’m can’t remember her exact name but she works the desk in the evening till early morning I believe. When I tell you she went above and beyond her job. I want to remember her name but can’t for the life of me. Long black hair and she spoke Spanish. She was like family. It’s the staff sometimes that makes a difference. Everyone has always been super friendly to me when in my stays there.

Great location
Location is the best for seeing broadway shows and shopping Staff was great and the room was clean. The heat wasn’t working in our room and we got in so late we didn’t tell front desk till the morning and they were going to correct. Definitely would go back

Room was pretty small then whats shown in picture also lift service is really pathrtic. Dont take room on higher level as you might have to walk down yourself with luggage via staircase. Location is incredible though as its nearby times square. But to bring repeat business please work around lift.

Staff were polite We check our bags early but the desk wouldn’t valet park the car until 3p The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down An elevator was out of service The staff kiosk was poorly stocked And the final check out lady tried to charge me for 3 drinks instead of 1 from the kiosk

The location is convenient to lots of attractions. During my 6 day stay I only had hot water in my room for 2 . Told reception but nothing done . Lifts not enough , 2 out of 3 working and you shared with staff . Could wait over 20 mins to go down. Carpets very dirty and in hoovered

The tv and elevator didn’t work. They didn’t fix the tv and we had to walk down 21 flights of stairs every day because only 2 of the really small elevators worked and they were packed to the point where we waited 20 minutes twice and ended up giving up also took the stairs with luggage the first and last day of our stay. Not worth the money or hassle. Better hotels

This was the worst hotel experience. There were only 2 elevators for this 34 floor high rise. The 3 was broken. There were no service elevators we the housekeepers and garbage removal were competing for the same elevators. Our room was never made up despite requesting to do so. We stored our luggage after checkout and upon attempting to claim it, it took over 20 minutes to receive it. I am surprised that it is branded Hilton. We have no recourse because it was booked through Expedia.
