Willing to potentially consume expired food products during your stay??? I called to the front desk to get more coffee and non-dairy creamer. The lady at the front desk told me she does not know what I am talking about with regards to the non-dairy creamer. When I explained to her what I was talking about and told her it was supplied in the room and I have been using it the last three days, she started laughing and replied “those are expired, we have not had those for a long time” and then hung up on me! When the coffee was delivered to the room (minus the non-dairy creamer) I asked the gentleman who delivered it if in fact the non-dairy cream that I have been consuming is indeed expired, he shrugged his shoulders and replied “it might be, I don’t know”. I did have house keeping call me shortly after to tell me that the hotel does not give its guests expired food and she said she will get back to me regarding this situation to make sure that there is confirmation of the cream not being expired and resolution to this problem of the potential of my guests and I using an expired food item given to us by the hotel. No follow up was ever done. I am still unsure if the creamer I used was expired!!!!

Great location.Rooms,facilities above average. Noise of adjacent doors closing noticeable due to nature of card entry system, but not a great inconvenience. On the whole,a very enjoyable stay!

This hotel is located in the center of it all and made for an excellent home base for moving our son into his dorm at FIT. The double-bed room is extremely small for 4 people though, and the air conditioner didn't keep our room cool--the temperature stayed at 75 degrees the whole time. The staff attempted to resolve the issue by changing the air filter, but that didn't work, and because of the amount of luggage we had, we decided to live with it for the 3 nights we'd be there. The rooftop bar was covered when we visited so we didn't get the full effect. The dueling piano bar charged a $30 per person cover plus a $25 minimum in food or drinks. I feel the hotel should wave the cover charge for guests. Overall, the hotel gave us what we needed.

Overall, the stay was fine, however, staff 50/50.. Female staff at reption were fantastic and generally pleasant. One male latin gentleman was somewhat unplesant and made a big stink of offering bottles of water because we reserved on expedia. Even though i am a bonvoy member..

Doesn't live up to 4-star standards
To be a 4-star Hilton hotel and list that parking is a service provided, you should be sure it's actually an option for guests to use. I called ahead to get instructions where to park, and was directed to park at a garage at the end of the street. We checked in, and when we pulled into the parking garage, they said the garage was full. They offered no guidance or help to hotel guests. I call the front desk as we move to the next garage, also full. We finally find one, but they say they will not honor the hotel rate. I return to the front desk and ask them to reimburse the fee, but they refused, and just shrugged 'oh well., be aware, parking is a subjective and available if the garage has room. There are no backup options. Took us an extra hour to find and park finally. Also, be sure if you book a high floor room and pay the extra money, get a room at the front facing north. Our room was on the back of the hotel and had water tanks right in front of us. Not with the extra money. Tried ordering room service for dinner, menu was extremely small and didn't have any regular beverages like bottles waters or sodas. Just 3 weird alcoholic beverages. Obviously the website was a disaster.

Disppointing hotel
This hotel does not bring the usual Hilton standards. Room was small and dark, fridge was so small we could not fit a milk bottle, service average (we asked 3 times for a 4th set of towels and never got it), a luggage is charged 10usd per piece pernight if you leave it, ... That being said reception tried to help with my rental car issue and bedding was great. Hence the average rating.
