Expedia page says 18 to check in, but I found out that it was 21+ upon getting there for state/city law reasons. If I didn't have my older sister with me I would literally have had nowhere to stay and no way to get somewhere to stay.

I was hoping to have a better view than the back of the buildings. The beds were comfortable, the lobby and door staff were all incredibly nice! We found garbage in the room that was not ours. I had to clean off the markings on the toilet seat, and there was urine on the wall behind toilet. Yuck. Get some new cleaning staff! And you needed 2 separate rides on elevators just to get to your room. Besides the staff I pointed out, the location was superb. Would I stay here again? Probably not. For the amount I paid, I could find better. Overall, I would rate this hotel as average.
